Employer Support
Have a Safe and Healthy Season with One Community Health!
As an employer, we know that you are constantly seeking new ways to support the well-being and health of your employees. That’s why One Community Health (OCH) is excited to offer support services to growers, food processing facilities, and agricultural workers throughout the Gorge region. For over 35 years, OCH has provided care to growers and seasonal farmworkers during cherry harvest.
Our bilingual outreach team and mobile clinics can provide healthcare directly to your workplace, saving time and hassle for both employees and employers. Onsite events and wellness fairs reduce transportation barriers for your employees and minimize work absences. We can also coordinate care for your employees at our clinics in The Dalles and Hood River when needed.
