La Clínica Mobil Medical Unit
One Community Health’s mobile clinic, named “La Clínica”, brings affordable and inclusive health care into underserved Columbia Gorge communities. The Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) rotates a schedule of locations, which includes schools, social service agencies, local businesses, and churches (see below for schedule).

La Clínica is staffed by a bilingual team that includes a Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Medical Assistant, and Certified Community Health Worker. The name “La Clínica” holds a special place in the hearts of our staff, patients, and community. One Community Health’s name from 1986 to 2013, we know that this name still carries the spirit of our origins. Many of the services you can access at our permanent locations are accessible at La Clínica, including:
Urgent care and small procedures
Illness
Injury
Preventative health care and primary care for adults and children
Diabetes and chronic disease management
Basic vision exams
Immunizations
Referrals to specialists
COVID, diabetes, A1c, STI, and other basic testing
Access to substance use support and medications
Wound care
Behavioral health (virtual)
Insurance enrollment and financial aid applications
