Our Mindfulness for Relapse Prevention Group is here to help you take that first step toward healing in a safe and supportive space.

What to Expect

This group meets every Tuesday from 5 PM to 6 PM at One Community Health. Led by Shannon O’Brien, the focus is on teaching you real-life tools to help manage your recovery. In this group, you’ll:

  • Learn coping strategies to handle cravings and stress.

  • Build hope and find the strength to keep going, even when things are tough.

  • Grow resilience to face life’s challenges head-on.
