ABOUT: The Next Door has partnered with One Community Health for informational events to support Spanish speakers in filling out their Advance Directive paperwork. Advance Directive is a legal document that you fill out and sign to state what medical care you would want and who would speak for you in case of an [unexpected/sudden] emergency. At this event, participants will learn what Advance Directive is and begin filling out the paperwork. Please note this is a Spanish-speaking class.
You do not have to be an OCH patient to join, it is open to all community members! The events are free with snacks and a raffle. Space is limited. You must register in advance to secure a spot. Call or text 541-399-4561
