Education/Background: Sarah holds a Master of Social Work from George Fox University and is a licensed clinical social worker in both Oregon and Washington. In addition, she holds a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. She has experience supporting people of all ages to improve their overall health and well-being and to live meaningful lives. Her approach to counseling has been described as warm, collaborative, compassionate, and direct when needed. She values being a “human in the room” with her clients, striving to balance acceptance and change while working together to find solutions and cope with life's many challenges. Sarah has trained in various therapeutic modalities and blended these skills to respond to the needs of each client.
