Hood River Community Garden

Did you know that One Community Health’s Hood River Clinic has a community garden? That's right! Recently, some of our doctors and staff have taken on the task of planting a variety of vegetables and herbs such as tomatoes, zucchini, onions, peppers, lettuce, mint, and much more.

This community garden is open to anyone who wants to grow their own vegetables or herbs. It is also available to anyone who needs fresh produce to supplement their meals. If you are interested in participating in this community garden, all you need to do is show up!

The benefits of having a community garden are numerous. It allows people to connect with nature and learn about the growing process. It also provides an opportunity for people to come together and work towards a common goal. Additionally, having access to fresh produce can improve overall health and well-being.

We encourage everyone in the area to take advantage of this community garden. Whether you are a seasoned gardener or a beginner, there is something for everyone.

Big thank you to Jessica Worrell, Fernando Palanco, Paola Candia, Robert Gobbo, Jessica Pinnock and her husband Rob for getting your hands dirty!
