Welcome NorthShore Medical Group Patients!
As of January 1, 2024, NorthShore Medical Group (NSMG) will become part of One Community Health (OCH)
Being part of OCH will have many benefits for NorthShore patients while still receiving care from your same trusted providers and staff at the clinics in Stevenson and White Salmon. Both organizations have deep community roots. NSMG was founded in 1974 and OCH in 1986, and both share the goal of delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Our communities will benefit from more convenient access and expanded services. Both organizations are committed to making sure patients continue to receive the same great care they have grown to expect.
Here are the changes and benefits to you as of January 1, 2024:
· No Medicare Part B deductible for in-person office visits
· An expanded sliding scale discount program, providing assistance for patients with high deductibles or limited coverage
· Rebranding of NorthShore clinics as One Community Health
· New information collected when you check in for your visit
In the future, you will also have access to insurance assistors, One Community Health’s Salud program, a team of specialized diabetes community health workers and registered nurses, a new MyChart account, group classes, and more.
Will my provider be changing?
No, all NorthShore providers are staying with One Community Health, and there will be no change to your relationship with your provider.
Are NorthShore clinics closing? Do I have to go to Hood River now?
No, NorthShore clinics will remain the same, but will be part of One Community Health. Both White Salmon and Stevenson clinics will remain the same with the same staff.
