Advanced Directive Events
The Next Door has partnered with One Community Health for two informational events to support Spanish speakers in filling out their Advance Directive paperwork. Advance Directive is a legal document that you fill out and sign to state what medical care you would want and who would speak for you in case of an [unexpected/sudden] emergency. At these events, participants will learn what Advance Directive is and begin filling out the paperwork.

Saturday, June 17 | 1:00-3:00 pm | One Community Health The Dalles | 1040 Webber Street
Please note these are Spanish-speaking events. You do not have to be an OCH patient to join, it is open to all community members!
The events are free with snacks and a raffle. Space is limited.
