Spring Spanish Group for Mothers and Babies

If you are pregnant or have a child under the age of one, One Community Health is offering a special six-week course in Spanish designed just for you.

This course caters to expectant mothers in their third trimester or those who have an infant under the age of one.

You do not need to be a patient of One Community Health to participate.

In-Person Group Meeting Details:


When: Every Thursday starting April 4 to May 9

Time: from 11 am to 1 pm

Where: The Dalles Clinic- Conference Room 1040 Webber Street, The Dalles, OR 97058

  • Snacks and refreshments will be provided

  • You will receive a gift card for each session you attend and a gas card

  • Fun activities for children if moms need to bring them along

Learn helpful information about your pregnancy and your baby's development, and activities and strategies for understanding your mood and what affects it.
